At Meduza Beachwear, each item is made to order. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite right — and we want you to feel great in your swimwear. That’s why we offer full refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:

Your request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and the hygienic liner are intact

The item is returned in secure, appropriate packaging
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges or Store Credit
If you prefer a different size, color, or simply want to exchange your item, we’re happy to offer:

An exchange for the same item in a new size or color

Or store credit to use on your next purchase
Exchanges must also be requested within 14 days and follow the same condition requirements as refunds.
How to Submit a Return or Exchange

Include your order number and reason for return or exchange

We’ll provide the appropriate return address (USA, Europe, or Australia, depending on your location)

Ship the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund, exchange, or store credit within a few business days.
Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are final and non-refundable

Items that do not meet the condition requirements may be declined
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a product with a defect or damage:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Attach clear photos of the item, the defect, and the shipping label

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you
